Who We Are

The Wraparound Collective offers full service, intensive wrap-around care including individual and family therapy, parent coaching, care management & coaching, local wilderness therapy, personal training, meal planning/nutritional services/cooking instruction, and equine therapy.

We serve clients and families who are transitioning home from higher level care as well as those looking to prevent it. We specialize in complex treatment planning for each client.

Who We Serve

We specialize in accommodating clients with high-acuity, complex cases and often work with families who feel they have “tried everything”. Our clients often struggle with the complexities of mental health and/or substance use.

We are a family systems based program and ask that parents participate in weekly parent coaching with the team. Our clients partner with us to launch in their independence and require support with their mental health, executive functioning and independent living skills, as well as support with academics and vocational goals.

Where We Meet

Our goal is to help clients naturally integrate into their communities and homes. We meet with them at home, coffee shops, at school and work, and in our office. Our space, conveniently located at Colorado Blvd and I25 offers a full kitchen, workspaces for clients’ learning needs, private offices, a gym, and a cafe. It is designed to be comfortable and practical for our clients and we find that many enjoy spending their time outside of sessions!
