My Approach
I enjoy working with kids, families, adolescents and young adults. I believe that the most important part of the therapeutic process is our relationship. I value spending time to create relationships with my clients where trust, respect and agency are at the center.
“The most important part of the therapeutic process is our relationship.”
Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I am passionate about helping young people and their families navigate the many stressors of life. You can expect our work together to be individualized and creative — my goal is to meet you where you are in our treatment process.
In my previous clinical experience, I have worked in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health settings and emergency departments. I am passionate about creating safe spaces in any setting where clients are free from judgement and free to grow.
