My Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with parents, couples, adults, and children. I believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and validated — not only for the challenges they are experiencing but for the things they are already doing right. Every person experiences difficulty at some point in their life, and I am not here to judge or blame. I seek to create a safe space where every person can feel comfortable reaching for their goals.
“Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and validated.”
Whether I am working with a couple, parent coaching, or working with an adult or child, I focus first on our relationship. In our time together, you can expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. Every person deserves a space where they can be their authentic self. I am strengths-based, focusing on what you are already doing well, and working collaboratively to build skills that support your healing and growth. I focus on attachment, supporting with relationship distress both inside and outside of the family unit.
I have been in the field for 15 years and have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including non-profit, community mental health, private practice, schools, and teaching social work at a local university. You can expect warmth, compassion, and empathy in our time together.
